Gina Bibby

About this Speaker

Gina is a partner in the business division and the luxury brands group at Withers Bergman LLP, an international law firm that advises startups, established companies, charitable organizations and individuals on matters related to, among other things, tax, intellectual property, corporate, technology, fashion, banking and finance, real estate, employment and litigation. She focuses on fashion, technology and fashion-technology, helping clients protect their innovation through patent, trademark, copyright and commercial contracts. Gina has complex intellectual property procurement and litigation expertise. She is also a registered patent attorney. Prior to joining Withers, she practiced in the Silicon Valley offices AmLaw 50 and AmLaw 100 law firms. Gina studied fashion and fashion-technology law at the Fashion Law Institute and holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Colorado at Boulder and a JD from The George Washington University School of Law.

A frequent writer and speaker on legal topics related to fashion tech, Gina will be a panelist on the Springboard Enterprises Dolphin Tank®, a pitch session for female founded fashion tech startups, coming to Los Angeles this summer.
